Processing Time Orders are processed within 7 to 11 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:

Delivery delays can occasionally occur due to carrier issues or unforeseen circumstances.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking You will receive a shipment confirmation email with your tracking number once your order has shipped. You can track your order using the tracking number provided.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within US only. If your country is not listed, please contact us at admin@chadestorellc.store to discuss shipping options.
International Shipping For international orders:
- Customs, duties, and taxes may apply and are the responsibility of the customer
- International shipments may take 7 to 11 business days depending on customs clearance
- We are not responsible for delays caused by customs
Damaged or Lost Shipments If your order arrives damaged or goes missing during transit, please contact us at admin@chadestorellc.store within 7 to 11 days of the expected delivery date so we can resolve the issue.
Address Accuracy Please ensure your shipping address is correct. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
